Every queue starts free with every feature and no time limit. Most queues never need more than that. If yours does, a one-day pass or a monthly plan opens it up, bought from the queue's console the moment you need it.
A complete queue for one counter, room, clinic or event. No time limit, no expiry.
For a single event, clinic day or open day with more than ten people in the line.
For a queue that runs every day or every week. Two day passes cost the same as a month.
Every queue created before 28 September 2026 stays free, permanently. Every feature, no join limit, nothing to do. That is 147 queues so far, made with no marketing of any kind; this page is about queues created from 28 September 2026 onwards.
Charities and organisations in low-income countries: free on request. Unlimited joins, every feature. Ask from your queue's console and we grant it quickly.
One person joining the queue. Serving people, calling the next person and the kiosk display are not counted. Ten people can join a free queue; the eleventh needs a day pass or a monthly plan.
The queue stops taking new joins. Everyone already in the line keeps their place and can still be served to the end; nobody is cut off. A day pass or the monthly plan, bought from the queue's console, reopens joins immediately.
No. Every queue created before 28 September 2026 stays free, permanently, with every feature and no join limit.
No. Creating a queue needs no login and no card. You only pay if a queue goes past 10 joins and you choose to keep it open.
