By accessing or using MicroQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MicroQ is a digital queue management platform that allows businesses to create and manage virtual waiting queues. The Service includes queue creation, real-time position tracking, kiosk display, embed widgets, analytics dashboards, and API access.
3. User Accounts and Queues
3.1 Queue Creation
When you create a queue, you receive an admin key that grants administrative access to that queue. You are responsible for keeping this admin key secure and confidential.
3.2 Admin Responsibility
As a queue administrator, you are responsible for:
- The content and configuration of your queues
- How you use customer data collected through the queue
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Informing your customers about data collection practices
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
- Create queues for illegal activities or to collect sensitive personal data without consent
5. Service Tiers
5.1 Free Plan
The free plan provides access to queue creation, embed widgets, sound alerts, service-type mapping, and QR code generation at no cost. Free plan features may be modified at our discretion.
5.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan includes additional features such as custom branding, analytics dashboard, API access, and watermark removal. Pro plan pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
5.3 Billing
Pro plan subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by MicroQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (queue names, branding assets, etc.).
7. Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroQ from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MicroQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
